50% as an advance.
ii.
Rest 50% at the time of handoff before uploading the site to client’s server.
Terms &
Conditions:
·
Any new request to add a
module, function or effect to the website during or after the integration or
handoff of the website shall be charged as per the new scope of work depending
on the quantum and nature of work involved.
·
Cost Estimation is valid for 10
days from the date of proposal has been sent. Thereafter the cost is subject to
be varied as per the change of the company policy & other terms.
·
Estimation does not include
any data entry work as a part of this contract such as Blog posting/managing,
images customization, updating inventory etc.
·
Project delivery time will be
within 10 days after receiving 50% payment of the project.
Undertaking:
I
undertake to finalize the design, sitemap and provide all the content within 10
days of placing the order. I will accept the handoff of the site as per
approved design and sitemap with pages marked “Under Construction” if I do not
provide the content as agreed. I will pay the balance order amount immediately
thereafter.
